Prior to co-founding ZCB, Mr. Luterman successfully launched
and grew Zachary Custom Homes (a smaller boutique firm specializing in the $2 million and over market)
into a nationally recognized homebuilding company. His artistry, energy, and passion for building is matched only by his unerring desire for perfection. By placing his client's needs first for the past 14 years, Mr. Luterman has established the industry reputation for integrity, unparalleled quality, and creating homes that combine luxury and elegance with perpetual investment value.

Steven M. McCraw
Partner
Prior to co-founding ZCB with Mr. Luterman, Mr. McCraw co-founded Dallas
Meridian Ventures, a mergers and acquisitions firm in Dallas, Texas.
For more than ten years, he has specialized in management team organization
and strategic business planning. Mr. McCraw promotes the ZCB vision to
deliver the most sought-after product in the market while consistently
earning the trust, respect, and ultimate recommendation of all our clients.
He has earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University and is a licensed CPA.

Brian Donovan
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Donovan is a master of all trades. He is responsible for overseeing
every facet of the construction process, including managing project supervisors,
and providing regular field updates to clients. He has a ruthless eye for detail
and is highly skilled in time allocation, cost control, and
Total Quality
Management. Mr. Donovan brings 15 years of construction supervision expertise
in keeping projects on time and within budget while repeatedly managing quality control.

Cindy Caperton
Interior Designer
The incredibly gifted Ms. Caperton is a licensed designer who has been
working interior and construction design for more than 15 years. Armed with
brilliant design talents, she also has the distinct ability to creatively work
within all budgetary guidelines. Dynamic and cutting edge, Ms. Caperton works
marvelously with clients and is always full of innovative and fresh ideas.

Lannette McCarter
Controller
Lannette is to ZCB as the Queen is to England! She is the anchor of our team and plays a crucial role in
overseeing job costs, managing the draw and payment process, monitoring budget vs. actual expenditures, and so many
other vital daily operations. We are proud to have her as part of the family and know that with Lannette
in our corner, there is nothing we cannot accomplish together.

Michael Donovan
Warranty Supervisor
The TQM principle does not stop with the sale of a home, in essence, it begins. Michael is an integral part
of the ZCB team. He is responsible for the delicate task of finalizing move-in and year-end punch lists
efficiently without inconveniencing our clients. 100% customer satisfaction ultimately depends on
Michael’s diligence, communication, and dependability. He is a crucial asset to our team.
