INSTRUMENTALITY: Assess the probability of outcomes and be future oriented
BALANCE: Behavior is initiated, directed, & sustained as a measure of internal balance of psychological tension
REINFORCEMENT: Positive reinforcement through proper management and a series of incentivized inspection performance checklists
GOAL-SETTING: Set more, smaller realistic goals and monitor closely

Personal Efficacy -
The extent to which a person believes that he or she possess the necessary skills and abilities to accomplish a goal in the face of adversity is closely bound to the effort expenditure and level of accomplishment of that person.
